     What began in 2005 as a humble services firm catering to gas-related needs and construction essentials, soon evolved into something far greater under the leadership of the Baisa siblings. In January 2021, they embraced a bold rebranding, transforming into ‘Blvck Space Contractors,’ marking the beginning of a new era in which functional spaces were reimagined as luxurious, awe-inspiring environments.

     

    Their unwavering vision for excellence continued to drive success, inspiring another identity shift in August 2021, when ‘Alto Contractors Corporation’ was born—a name symbolizing the peak of craftsmanship. Over two decades of expertise have firmly established Alto as a luxury brand in the Philippines, with an impressive portfolio that reflects their commitment to perfection.     Founder & Chief Executive Officer

     

    Ms. Allysandra Baisa, CEO and founder of Alto Contractor's Corp, exemplifies visionary leadership and a dedication to innovation. Her extensive experience and international acclaim as an architectural designer enable her to lead the company with precision and creativity.

     

     

    Beyond her role at Alto, she serves as CFO for a prominent European manufacturing company and a clothing brand supporting top Philippine universities. Known for her commitment to excellence and community, Ms. Baisa balances her professional pursuits with philanthropic efforts, making a lasting impact in each of her ventures and driving Alto Contractors Corp. toward continued success.

    Josiah Baisa

    Co-Founder & Corporate Secretary

     

    Josiah Baisa is the Co-Founder and Corporate Secretary of Alto Contractors Corp. In this role, he ensures that all legal and craftsmanship standards are meticulously upheld to deliver the luxurious quality that defines the company. Josiah also leads after-sales service and client relations, fostering long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.

     

    In addition to his work with Alto, Josiah is a director for a European-based pharmaceutical firm, guiding board decisions that contribute to the company's growth and impact. An award-winning mixed martial artist, he also plays an active role with a mixed martial arts team in the Philippines. Through this involvement, he supports efforts to promote health, self-awareness, and skill development within the sport, enriching lives beyond the gym.
